Sentirse afortunada, sin duda esa es la palabra que define como me sentí tras la invitación que LRMperformance me hicieron para poder disfrutar de su última creación…sensación que aumentó cuando los pude conocer, charlar con ellos y por supuesto contemplar su trabajo.
Quiero que este post sea algo más que un análisis (sin desvelar la magia) de lo que vi. Porque la visualización de su obra, unido al poder conversar con ellos y comprender el enorme trabajo que se esconde tras sus realizaciones, el empeño y sobre todo la vuelta a esa esencia; no sólo de la performance, sino del arte en general, te hacen entender que en el arte todavía queda mucho, muchísimo por recorrer.
Todos (y me incluyo) creíamos que en este territorio estaba todo dicho, o al menos nos sentíamos algo cansados (como bien apuntaba Laura Cano, Museóloga) a ver siempre lo mismo (con el típico desnudo reivindicativo presente).
Pero ellos van más allá, y por lo menos yo encontré aquello que muchas veces se echa de menos en el arte: que te hagan vivir sensaciones, transmitir algo, estímulos que son caminos para soñar…y que todo es posible.
Que algo se salga de la rutina en los caminos por los que se mueve hoy en día el arte no es fácil, y el riesgo en determinados trabajos creo que es un signo de valentía, que marca un punto de identidad propia; sobre todo con el enorme trabajo que lleva detrás y que en este caso es obvio.
Además creo que es de resaltar el hecho de que tengan tan en cuenta las opiniones de nosotros (meros espectadores) porque ese punto humano es lo que les hace tan especiales.
Yo vi y sentí muchas cosas, imágenes mentales, paisajes, personajes, juegos en el tiempo y espacio…una atmósfera propia que te dice: todavía quedan puertas inexploradas.
Y por eso se merecen toda mi admiración, porque creen en lo que hacen, se arriesgan y eso, señores, es el motor que mueve el mundo.
Os invito a que conozcáis sus trabajos, que seguro muy muy pronto tendrán mucho protagonismo (y yo muy orgullosa de tenerlos en mi pequeño blog)

"Lucky, without a doubt that's the word for how I felt after LRM performance's invitation to enjoy their latest creation ... a feeling that increased when I got to meet, chat with them and see their work of course.
I want this post to be more than an analysis (without revealing the magic) of what I saw. Because by watching their work, along with beeing able to talk to them and understand the hard work that lies behind their achievements, their commitment and above all, a return to the essence, not only in performance, but of art in general, you understand there is still a long, long way to go in Art.
Everyone (myself included) thought that everything was already said in this performance territory, or at least it felt a little tired (as Laura Cano, Museologist, pointed out) watching the same stuff every time (with the typical challenging nude included). But they go further, and at least for me,there was something that is often lacking in art: to make you experience feelings, convey something, stimuli which are ways to dream ... and that anything is possible.
It is not easy for something to set apart of the routine of the paths in which today's Art moves, and such risk in some works I find it a sign of courage, a halmark of identity, especially with the amount of toil behind it, which in this case is obvious. Also, I think it is noteworthy the fact that they take into account the opinions of us spectators, because that human point is what makes them so special.
I saw and felt many things, mental images, landscapes, figures, games in time and space ... an atmosphere of their own which says some doors still remain unexplored. And so they deserve all my admiration, because they believe in what they do, they take the risk and that, gentlemen, is the power that drives the world.
I invite you to know their works, sure very soon they will have a prominent role (and I very proud to have them in my little blog)
